Cromer Pharmacy (Incorporating Dispensary)
Cromer Pharmacy is conveniently located next to Cromer Group Practice. It is able to dispense all NHS and private prescriptions whether or not they have been issued by Cromer Group Practice and irrespective of where a person lives. It is ideally situated near to Cromer Hospital.
For patients who take medication on a regular basis it offers a managed repeat service where your medicines are prepared and ready for collection on a specified date. In addition repeat medicines can be either ordered via Cromer Group Practice website or by a written request dropped into the Pharmacy. However we are unable to take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
The Pharmacy offers a free delivery service to a number of Post Offices in the surrounding villages namely Suffield Park, Overstrand, Southrepps, East and West Runton. In addition the Pharmacy will deliver to patients who have genuine difficulties in obtaining their medicines and are housebound. Please ask a member of staff for more details.

Medicine use reviews
You can make an appointment with our pharmacists to discuss how you are getting on with your regular medicines. This confidential NHS service allows you to learn more about your medicines and help you take them to the best effect.
New Medicine Service
If you are prescribed medicine to treat certain conditions for the first time the pharmacist can advise you how to use the medicine safely and to best effect. Consultations tend to take place on two separate occasions and are usually conducted over the telephone for your convenience.
Emergency Supplies
If you need one of your regular medicines in an emergency and you are unable to contact your Doctor we may be able to help. However this can only be done in genuine emergencies and it may incur a charge.
Health advice and self-care
The pharmacist and our trained assistants are available for advice on all medicines and minor ailments, in private if required. We can also give you advice on how to live a healthy life or direct you to other sources of advice and assistance if we cannot help you ourselves.
Nomad Trays
Your medicines can be supplied in special packaging to aid compliance if deemed necessary. Please ask for details.
