Patient Survey


Cromer Group Practice is required to undertake a patient survey every year as an opportunity to engage with our Patient Reference Group and listen to our patient views. The report below tells you how we undertook the survey, how we contacted our patients, and then shows the comments and viewpoints of our patients.
