If your doctor has requested that you have a blood test you can book your appointment either:

• Online: if you have a smartphone we will send you a link to choose your appointment
• By telephone on 01263 517780 between 10:30 – 12:30 and 14:30 – 16:30 only
• Request a Blood Test Online
